I've got 15286 rank in NCHMCT JEE'18, which are the colleges that I can get into? Is there any central IHM? I am from OBC category.

    Yes, with your category, your chances to get into IHM institutes are good.
    Go through the cut-off of previous years and even go through the seat matrix, so you will get to know which all IHM institutes you can apply to.
