I've got 15k state ranking in JEE Mains and I belong to ST category, do I have any chances of getting BMS college for CSE branch?

Hello, Your rank is decent. Try for counseling round as you may get admission in good private colleges in your home state.

The cutoff for CSE is very high (around 1000). Hence, you are not likely to get it with CSE. Moreover, you can try it for civil mechanical or chemical branch. Best of luck.
