I've got 18133 rank in TS EAMCET, can I get a seat in ANGRAU as I belong to ST category? My SSC is in Andhra.

I've got 940 in inter & I belong to ST category. I am interested in B.Sc in agriculture and have completed my inter in TS but SSC from AP.
