Yes, you can get a seat in a government college. keep following the counseling rounds and should be able to get a seat in 2nd/3rd round

Yes, actually if you see the seat distribution VSSD, Brahmanand and Dayanand colleges are the aided ones and all have 150 seats for general, so you should be through

You have got a very good rank. I think you should be able to secure the seat. Keep updated with the counselling process till the end, because sometimes you are able to get the seat in case there is any uncertainty regarding your rank till the end. So, all the best
