I've got 218 marks in JEE Mains paper 2 and 91 marks in NATA. Is there any chance of getting into this college?

My friend exactly scored 218 marks in her JEE B.Arch paper with a rank in between 8500 and 9000 but still she didn't find any government architecture institution and is studying architecture from Amity University, Noida.
So, I believe, it's of no use as all the government colleges for architecture whether good or bad close within 3000 rank.
Same applies for NATA and by the way, you need to score around 260+ to get a seat in the Chandigarh College of Architecture.
