I've got 228 rank from general cat. & 62 rank Muslim OBC category, is there any chance of getting selected in Jamia Millia Islamia for BPT?

I think that is going to be tough. But you can wait for 2nd or 3rd list to come. But do fill form for other colleges. All the best.

No, you have no chance to get admitted in Jamia Millia Islamia for BPT because this college had already 85% seats reserved for Delhi NCR students. So for coming in remaining 15% your score should be very excellent.
