I've got 23 marks in JEE and 71% marks in 12th. Can I get aeronautical engineering in Maharashtra?

In Maharashtra, admissions are based on MHCET and hence your JEE Mains score will not be of much use. However, deemed to be universities located in Maharashtra accept this score. You will have to approach them individually. If not on merit, you can get admission perhaps in management quota.
