No. you will not be able to get admission for CSE with a rank of 25774 in Andhra Pradesh EAPCET.
The cutoff for CSE in top government colleges in Andhra Pradesh was around 10,000. This means that you would need to score at least 10,000 in Andhra Pradesh EAPCET in order to be considered for admission
