I've got 260 in JEE paper 2 & 81% in HSC exam. Can I get chance in Maulana Azad as I belong to general category & from Maharashtra state.

Last year's opening rank (OS) for architecture was beyond 1k, so with 960 it is obvious that you will get it. Moreover, you may try for even SPA, Delhi. Both MANIT and SPA, Delhi have topped cutoff list from many years.
