I've got 316 rank in MET 2018 for M.Tech. Can I get a seat for structural engineering or construction engineering and management?

Anybody who could manage a good enough CGPA (around 7 and above) had lot of opportunities of internships and placements from reputed companies and if you have managed to get a valid GATE score, you will get the scholarship. The tuition has been reduced from the time when I was in M.Tech. I think the selection criteria too has changed. You will probably have to write another entrance test of Manipal to secure the M tech admission, but if you have cleared GATE it will not be a big hurdle. Yes, on a whole Manipal is good for M.Tech, Manipal has 24 postgraduate course including ME (Master of engineering). Placements are very good especially for IT sector, comparatively civil and mechanical has less placements. Other than that it’s just the place you will not regret for choosing.
