I've got 316 rank in MET 2018 for M.Tech. Can I get a seat for structural engineering or construction engineering and management?

Anybody who could manage a good enough CGPA (around 7 and above) had lot of opportunities of internships and placements from reputed companies and if you have managed to get a valid GATE score, you will get the scholarship. The tuition has been reduced from the time when I was in M.Tech. I think the
