With this rank you cannot get CSE but you can try through management quota. -
Yes, you can easily get CSE branch in AP campus, but in other campus it is not possible. -
Yes, you will get CSE in VIT, Vellore buy may be in 4th or 5th category (i.e. you have to pay more for that). Let me explain you the admission system here. Rank in VIT to get admission should be 90,000, so you can get admission in VIT from the 6th category as well. There are various categories as well. With each category admission, fees go high. First category closed till 15,000 rank, and you can get CSE till 7000 rank rank but there are 2nd category as well, if you want CSE, but you have to pay more for that.
