I've got 38.2763142%ile in JEE Mains and OBC rank of 281722 and & 73.6% marks in 12th BSEB board, can I get a government college?

You cannot get admission in any government colleges with this score. You should go for private colleges like Amity University, Sharda University, Lovely Professional University, Galgotias and LNCT, Bhopal. If you have financial problems then try to get admission in private colleges of West Bengal li

You cannot get a good government college with these marks in B.Tech course. Better to try for private colleges or try for state universities.
