I've got 40% in ISC Board 2019 exam with science stream, can I get admission in engineering with WBJEE rank?

For government colleges (except Jadavpur University), you need to score 45% in class 12th, for general category, and 40% for reserved category candidate. But, you will get a lot of private engineering Colleges.

Yes, you can get admission in private colleges of West Bengal. Please remember, you need to score passing marks in all the subjects of class 12th. Even after 40%, you can get a college.
