I've got 42053 CRL rank and 5362 GEN-EWS rank in JEE Mains 2019. Can I get admission in any NIT in CSE branch?

Yes, you can get the NIT in the Computer Science engineering branch also, but in that case you will get the lower ranked NIT, so I'll prefer you to opt for good NIT and then opt for internal upgrading of the branch.
