I've got 426 marks in NEET'18, AIR of 58988 & percentile of 95.34. Do I stand any chance of getting in one of the medical colleges of Assam?

You have good marks in NEET exam but these marks are not enough to get an MBBS college. There are little chances of getting MBBS college. You can easily get BDS or any other field like that easily but you should try to get MBBS college in your state.
