I've got 45% in BA but haven't done any teacher training programme. I belong to SC category. Am I eligible to pursue B.Ed distance in JMI?

The eligibility criteria says that the there should be not less than 50%marks in bachelor's degree. 45% in BA if there is 50% marks in masters degree. Also, it states that ST and OBC have 10% of total seats. It seems you will have to do a masters degree and then you become eligible for BEd in JMI.
