I've got 45% in graduation, can I apply for MBA in operation and production management?

You need a minimum of 50% marks at graduation level for seeking admission in MBA. Since, you have a low score I would advise you to start working and after gaining 3 years of experience, try for Executive MBA. -

For getting into MBA your graduation score would be one of the factor of evaluation and depends on college to college. Maximum colleges ask for scoring 50% in graduation and your score would not be beneficial as such so I would suggest you to work hard for your entrance exams and score better in that such that it would cover up your graduation score. Or you can gain work experience of 3 years and later opt for Executive MBA.
