I've got 45 marks in Andhra Pradesh EAMCET and 6.7 CGPA in intermediate, can I get any good college or not?

You may not get good colleges with that marks. As your rank will be above 60000 you may not able to get admission in some good colleges. It is better to choose local colleges. All the best.
