I've got 46% in 12th (commerce with maths) with NIOS. Am I eligible for a govt. college?

    Government colleges have admission on merit based on 12th board marks and that changes every year. It is different for different states every year. You should go through the previous trends of cutoff for the required course. Also, check if you've any reservation.
