I've got 48.5% in degree & have done BBA. I am from general category, can I do MBA? which are the colleges I can apply to?

    You can go for MBA. No problem with that. Since your percentage is very low you can't aim for top niche colleges, you have to settle down in a mediocre college. You first appear for CAT, SNAP or CMAT and look at your score then find out on the basis of percentile which college you can get.
