Yes, you are eligible, but for that, you must give IELTS first, and then on the basis of the score band of IELTS, you will get degree. So, do best and achieve the best.

No, atleast 50% marks are essential to get admissions. But through management quota you can get admission in Canada for computer science. Either you have to Appear for JEE exam on the basis of that you can get admission . Best of luck for your future and if any Query feel free to ask.
