I've got 5.6 CGPA in 10th, 62% in 12th and 60% in graduation. Can I get a call from IIM if I get score of 97+ in CAT?

You can get a call, but the thing is that, you will get call form all new IIMs, and if you are not an engineering student, then you can get a call from old and new IIMs.

Different IIMs give different weightage to scores of 10 12 & graduation. So will you be selected if you get 97+ percentile? For some yes, for some no. But for sure you will get a very highly rated college if you do that, and know it that there are certain colleges who have rankings similar to IIM's.

Given your past acads, it seems unlikely to get a call from old IIMs if you are from the general category. Almost all the IIMs have put a cap of 60% in 10th and 12th now. However, if you score above 99 percentile, you may have a shot.
