I've got 50% in graduation & 68% in my PG. If I look forward to pursuing MBA from foreign universities, will they consider UG marks or PG?

Your PG marks will carry higher weightage than UG marks. But remember also that the universities consider many other factors also like your recommendation letters, statement of purpose, extra curricular activities and your GMAT score.

All foreign universities consider marks from X to gradation level. And it also depend upon your entrance exams like TOEFL or GMAT scores. Mostly they consider your PG marks.
