With the latest information to me, I can tell the final round cutoff for general category was 101 for mechanical engineering and that rank was about around 50000. Hence, you seem likely to get into it with this category rank. Since you cannot predict and be sure as the cutoff is dynamic and depends upon the least marks the student got accompanied by number of vacant seats. Best of luck.

Sorry, this score is not enough for LNMIIT. The campus is highly reputed and chooses students with a score above 150 JEE marks. You can try other colleges. Don't worry, keep going.
