I've got 54.02 percentile MAT, are there any chances for a good college?

I've got 86.2% in intermediate and 9.5 CGPA in 10th.

    Yes, with this score also, you can get many a colleges who are doing good in placements and studies, so search for them, talk with their seniors and give your best.
