I've got 55 marks in JEE Mains this year, should I join a private engineering college or should I drop?

I belong to an educationally underprivileged area in UP, so I didn't had any choice to join any coaching institute while I was in 11th and 12th. And, thus I almost concentrated only on my board exams. Also, the major reason for getting such low marks was time management. Kindly help.

If you have time, chance, and you think that you will clear the JEE Mains next time, then opt to drop a year. Otherwise, check for private colleges in link mentioned below: https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/jee-mains-college-predictor?utm_source=connect&utm_medium=CR_JEECP&utm_campaign=65401
