I've got 58 marks in the JEE Mains, can I get a good college?

If I talk about getting a good college, it includes government institutes, so this will be very difficult if you belong to the general category because without clearing the cut-off marks, you won't be able to get a government college. Try to go for state-level counselling where you need to fill the top private colleges of your state. There will be some chances for you to get good private colleges.

Look for respective college brochure and student reviews. You need to check for the cut off ranks for these institutes, as there are multiple rounds of counselling and you might get into a fairly good institute.
