I've got 6.22 CGPA in BE mechanical. Am I eligible for M.Tech in JMI?

As per the Jamia University's criteria and guidelines, minimum percentage should be 60% for the admission as per your CGPA it looks you are not eligible. Still you can visit our university website or you can also call on our helpline no in website: http://jmi.ac.in

You need to have minimum 60% and according to your CGPA 6.22 sorry to say but you are not eligible because after converting your CGPA to percentage your percentage is 59.1.
