I've got 64% in 12th board, am I eligible for SPA, Sir JJ College of Architecture or BIT Mesra?

A minimum of 75% or 20 percentile in your board (for general) and 65% or 20 percentile in your board is required in standard. XII, to be eligible for B.Arch course at BIT Mesra.

Yes sure, in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, if you score 50% in each subject, then you are eligible for SPA, Sir JJ College of Architecture and any prestigious college of architecture.
