You have done very nice in JEE Main. But, one thing must be remember here very carefully. Your class 12th marks should not be less than 75% in aggregate. Otherwise, your all efforts of JEE Main could be the zero. Because, the minimum marks of class 12th required for admission in NITs, IITS and GFTIs

Yes, you can apply in SPA-Delhi after JEE Mains final result when cut-off marks and ranks get released.
