I've got 65% in 12th board from CBSE. Can I get admission in a good engineering college with this low percentage?

1)
To pursue engineering :
- You need to complete 12th with minimum 60% (Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry) from recognized board to join good college. However, they are colleges which take students who have scored 45% - 50%.
- You need to appear in entrance exam.

Admission is done on the basis of your PCM %.and you can get admission in good colleges with this %
