I've got 65% in 12th (state board) but I am not from Chennai. Am I eligible to take admission in Anna University for automobile course?

I scored 87marks in mathematics (12th boards) and just want to study there.

Sir I am from Bihar. But I think if it's doesn't matter where are you from then it also doesn't matter that I am from Bihar. So, am I eligible to take admission?
