I've got 65% in boards, 108 marks in JEE Mains paper-2 and a CRL rank of 89915, which colleges or NITs can I get for B.Arch in Tamil Nadu?

Your score is low for NITs. I will suggest you to go for private colleges.

You need at least 175 marks to be able to stand for NIT-Manipur, the lowest NIT according to the rankings. With your marks, you'll not be able to get any NIT, so I suggest you to go for private colleges and institutions which you can get with these marks or those who have their own entrance.
