I've got 66% in hcs and 96 percentile in JEE Mains paper 2, can I get admission in NIT through top 20 percentile criteria?

It's not possible for you to get admission in any of the NITs as there are only 559 seats in all NITs and those who score more than 99.3 percentile can get a seat in NITs.
