You can get engineering colleges, but not IIT or NIT, as you have not qualified the cutoff marks given. But, you can go for state level counselling for other private colleges you can get one. Thank you.

You can get CSE branch in the stare engineering colleges. Also, look for colleges based on other entrance exam scores.
