    You have to be in top 20 percentile of your class 12th board to get the admission in any IIT,NIT,IIIT or GFTI.
  • Hello Nav,
    It is mandatory to have at least 75 percent in board exams (for general or unreserved category) and 65 percent (for SC, ST, OBC and other reserved categories). Hence based on your caste, you need to have the minimum marks in 12th to get admission through JOSAA even if you have a high score in JEE exams.
