I've got 71 marks in JEE Mains'18 & belong to SC category. Can I get any NIT for mechanical branch?

I know that I have not scored good. Also, can you please tell me my expected category rank.

While filling mock seat allocation apply for all the colleges as well as for core branches other than mech.
