I've got 73% marks in CBSE boards and secured 75% marks in PCM, can I get a college with JEE counselling?

You need to score more in JEE Mains. With this score you can also get admission in LPU that provides best opportunities to its students.

I think you need to score more in JEE to balance this score in PCM. Then you might get a good college.

Sorry to say, but you can't get the college as the aggregate required is 75%. .

For JEE counselling, you must give the Exam. Your marks in 10th and 12th aren't significant for admission.
