I've got 80% in JEE, which course can I take and which college?

Sorry to inform you, NIT-Surathkal is filled by top rankers, who have scored above 90 percentile and are under 50,000. With 80 percentile it is totally difficult. I will suggest you to go for top private colleges of state Universities. Best of luck.
