I've got 80271 rank in UPSEE but my class 12th percentage is 56 and have 47% in PCM, can I get addmission in UGI B.Tech with CSE?

You are most welcome in UGI and if you want to get in through UPSEE then you can jot in your preferences while counselling process or you can directly fill in your details at united.ac.in in admission 2018-19 section and secure your seat. -

Your rank in UPSEE is a bit on the lower side. In addition, almost all students prefer to select CSE as the first choice. In view of this, I am afraid that you have a very little chance of getting CSE.
