    Hi umar,
    As you have scored 83.8 percentile in JEE Mains exam 2019, so you are eligible to participate in the JOSAA counselling process. But getting a seat in first round of the counselling will be difficult for this college. But, I will suggest you to participate in the counselling process wisely and smartly and wait till the last round of the counselling process.
