I've got 8970 rank in IMUCET, which college I can get with it?

You can get nautical Science B.Sc. and maritime Science B.Sc. In the IMU campus. But only apply if your vision is 6/6. Or else opt for B.Tech marine and B.Sc. Shipbuilding and wait till 2nd or 3rd counselling. You might have a chance if you have any reservation criteria else give it a try.
