I've got 90 percentile in CAT & haven't applied to any B-School yet. Which is the best B-School that I can opt for & is that open to apply?

As per cut-offs of 2018, 90% - 93% you can try to get admission in IIM-Shillong, IIM-Srimuar, FMS - Delhi, GIM- Goa. Best of luck.
