I've got 9105 rank with BE-E reservation in TSEAMCET 2019, can I get a seat in OU or JNTU Hyderabad for CSE/ ECE/ IT branches?

It may be difficult you get admission in the first phase allotment itself to get CSE ECE IT with 9000 rank in Osmaniya or JNTU. Their cutoff ranks are very low.
Based on your caste, you have 60% chances of getting those colleges in 2nd round counselling/allotment. -
The closing ranks for CSE will be around 1000 and for ECE it would be around 500. With 900 rank you can only get in branches like Chemical or Civil.
