I've got 93.67 percentile in ATMA'18 but I've 45.40% in grad. i.e. B.Com & I belong to general category. Can I get a good MBA/PGDM college?

Congratulations on scoring 93.67 percentile in ATMA. As far as IES MCRC is concerned the admissions for PGDM are closed and for any MBA college scoring 50% in graduation is mandatory. I would suggest that you could work for 3 years and then go for executive MBA.

If you're from Telangana state, since you have not mentioned either the college name or state of your residence. In Telangana state, only some colleges accept ATMA they are:
Siva Sivani Institute of Management
Institute of Public Enterprise
Vignan Jyothi Institute of Management
Gitam Hyderabad busin
