I've got 93% in 12th & gave PUCET UG exam and have qualified it, can I get admission here? I didn't fill the application form?

Hi Sapna,
Candidate must have passed 10+2 in a relevant stream from a recognized Board/University to apply for B.Sc. in Chemistry. You can apply directly to the college with required information.

If you had not filled the application form for PUCET UG courses, then it will not possible to get admission. This is a big mistake you made by not filling the application form for the above university.
