I've got 9551 rank in EAMCET and I am an OC category local candidate, can I get a veterinary seat?
If not merit-based, can I get a seat via management quota? How much do I need to pay for it?

Yes, you can get seat via management quota, but Management quota admission and fee cost is not advertised openly by any of the colleges/universities across India as being a paid seat it totally depends on the discretion of the college authorities.
