I've got 96.25% in XII and 168, 73 marks in JEE paper-2 and NATA respectively, can I get admission in a government college for architecture?

Yes, with this score, you can expect a seat.
According to the last year's marks, it is possible for you.
But in 2015 and 2016, the marks required were a bit higher than this.
So you can expect a seat but keep an eye on other colleges also.
