I've got 96.47%ile in JEE paper 2 and OBC AIR is 2700 & I've got 82% in board exams and 132 in NATA, can I get any NITs?

There are less than 600 seats in total in all NITs. So, It's not possible for you to get admission in any of the NITs until you get 99 percentile and above. So, It's better for you to go with Private Institutes which you will find in Shiksha page when you search for B.Arch colleges.
